Seller Process

How the GuestPost.UK Marketplace Works

Sellers can publish one or multiple websites under a single account. Each website can have its own pricing, turnaround time, link type and marketplace offer while remaining connected to the same seller profile.

01

Create Your Seller Profile

Enter your contact and seller details when submitting your first website. This creates your GuestPost.UK seller account.

02

Add Your Website

Submit the domain, website category, metrics, guest post price, turnaround time and other offer information.

03

Verify Your Relationship

Tell us whether you own the website, work directly with the publisher or are submitting it as a reseller.

04

Manage Your Offers

Use your seller dashboard to update prices, manage listings, respond to enquiries and add more websites.

Step 1

How to Add Your First Website

Adding your first website creates both the marketplace listing and your seller profile. You only need one seller account, even if you manage multiple websites.

Complete the website submission form

Visit the GuestPost.UK website submission page and enter accurate information about the website you want to list.

Your submission should include enough information for buyers to understand the website, the publishing terms and the price of the guest post opportunity.

  • Enter the website domain correctly.
  • Select the most relevant niche or website category.
  • Provide the website's country and language.
  • Add available SEO metrics such as DA, DR and traffic.
  • Set your guest post publication price.
  • Select the expected turnaround time.
  • Choose the appropriate link type.
  • Confirm your relationship with the website.
Important: You do not need to create a new seller account for every website. Once your seller profile exists, additional websites can be managed under the same account.

How to Add More Websites to Your Seller Account

You only need one GuestPost.UK seller account. If you own, manage or resell opportunities on multiple websites, you can add them under the same seller profile rather than creating a new account for every domain.

01
Log in to your seller account

Use the email address associated with your existing GuestPost.UK seller profile.

02
Open your seller dashboard

Your dashboard displays the websites and guest post offers already connected to your seller account.

03
Select โ€œ+ Add Websiteโ€

Use the Add Website option to submit another domain without registering a second seller account.

04
Enter the new website details

Complete the website-specific information, including niche, metrics, price, turnaround time and your relationship to that website.

One account, multiple websites: Each website is stored as its own marketplace offer, but all of your listings remain connected to the same seller profile and seller ID.

Bulk Upload Multiple Websites

Sellers managing larger publisher lists can use the bulk upload option instead of submitting every website individually. The CSV upload process is designed to make larger submissions faster while keeping marketplace data accurate.

Download the GuestPost.UK CSV template, enter your website and offer information, then upload the completed file through your seller dashboard.

STEP 02

You do not need to enter a seller ID in the CSV. Valid websites submitted through Bulk Upload are automatically connected to the seller account you are currently logged in to. A bulk upload cannot be used to edit another seller's listings.

Before You Upload

Tips for a Successful Bulk Submission

Keeping the CSV information complete and accurate helps your websites move through submission and verification without unnecessary delays.

URL

Use Correct Domains

Check every website URL carefully. Avoid duplicate domains and make sure each website is live and accessible.

ยฃ

Enter Real Pricing

Enter the actual price you can fulfil. Buyers should not receive a substantially different price after making an enquiry.

TAT

Set Realistic Turnaround

Choose a publication turnaround time that accurately reflects how quickly you or the publisher can complete an order.

REL

Declare Your Relationship

Accurately state whether you own the website, work directly with its publisher or are offering the placement as a reseller.

Submitting more than 20 websites? There is no need to create another seller account. Upload your first batch of up to 20 websites, complete the submission, and then start another bulk upload from the same seller dashboard.
Website Verification

Verify Your Relationship With Each Website

GuestPost.UK asks sellers to accurately state their relationship with every website they submit. This helps buyers understand who they are dealing with and helps maintain the quality of marketplace listings.

OWN

Website Owner

Choose this when you own or directly control the website and can make publishing decisions for it.

DIR

Direct Publisher

Choose this when you work directly with the website owner or publisher and can reliably arrange placements without another intermediary.

RES

Reseller

Choose this when you are reselling access to a website through another publisher, supplier or marketplace relationship.

How verification works

Verification may depend on the relationship selected and the information available for the website. Always use genuine and accessible contact details when submitting a listing.

01
Website submitted Your offer is connected to your seller account.
RECEIVED
02
Relationship checked Ownership or seller relationship details are reviewed.
CHECK
03
Listing status updated The marketplace offer can then display its appropriate status.
ACTIVE

Use accurate seller information

Do not select Website Owner or Direct Publisher simply to make a listing appear more attractive. The relationship selected should accurately represent how you can fulfil a guest post order.

  • Use an email address you regularly monitor.
  • Submit websites you can genuinely provide access to.
  • Keep your pricing and turnaround times current.
  • Update your listing if your relationship changes.
  • Do not claim ownership of a website you do not control.
One seller can have different relationships. You may own one website while acting as a reseller for another. Select the correct relationship separately for each listing.
Seller Dashboard

Manage Your Website Offers

Your seller dashboard is the main control area for keeping marketplace offers accurate. Update details whenever your price, publication terms or availability changes.

ยฃ

Update Your Price

Keep the advertised guest post price realistic and current so buyers receive consistent information when they make an enquiry.

TAT

Change Turnaround Time

Adjust the expected publication time if your normal fulfilment period becomes faster or slower.

URL

Manage Listing Details

Review website information and offer details regularly so buyers are not relying on outdated marketplace data.

OFF

Pause or Remove Offers

If a website is temporarily unavailable or you can no longer provide placements, pause or remove the offer rather than leaving an unavailable listing active.

Pricing accuracy matters: The marketplace works best when the price shown in your listing is reasonably close to the price you can actually fulfil. Repeated substantial price changes after an enquiry can reduce buyer confidence.
Buyer Enquiries

How Seller Enquiries Work

When a buyer is interested in one of your website offers, the enquiry is connected to the relevant listing so you can identify the website and respond appropriately.

Respond with clear, current information

Check which website the buyer is asking about before responding. Confirm any important publication requirements, pricing or content restrictions before an order proceeds.

  • Check the website requested by the buyer.
  • Confirm whether the listed price is still available.
  • Confirm the expected publication turnaround.
  • Clarify any website-specific publishing restrictions.
  • Respond promptly where possible.
Keep each offer independent. If you manage several websites, make sure your response relates to the exact website and offer referenced in the enquiry.

Marketplace Listing Rules

Website and Content Submission Policy

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that websites, listing descriptions and marketplace information are appropriate for the GuestPost.UK marketplace.

!

Restricted and Sensitive Content Is Not Allowed

Do not submit websites, niches, listing titles, descriptions, keywords or other marketplace content that primarily promotes, facilitates or contains prohibited, unlawful, harmful or inappropriate material.

Adult or explicit material
Websites primarily focused on explicit sexual content or adult services are not accepted.
Illegal products or services
Listings promoting unlawful goods, illegal services or criminal activity are not permitted.
Weapons or dangerous activities
Websites primarily promoting prohibited weapons, dangerous items or harmful activity may be rejected.
Drugs and controlled substances
Websites focused on illegal drugs or prohibited controlled substances are not accepted.
Malware, hacking or fraud
Sites intended to distribute malware, facilitate unauthorised access, scams, deceptive activity or financial fraud are prohibited.
Hate, abuse or harmful content
Content that promotes hatred, targeted harassment, exploitation or serious harm is not suitable for marketplace submission.
Misleading website information
Sellers must not use false metrics, misleading descriptions, fabricated ownership claims or deceptive pricing information.
Other unsuitable material
GuestPost.UK may decline listings that present material considered unsafe, unlawful, deceptive or unsuitable for the marketplace.
Important: These rules apply not only to the website itself but also to the wording used in the marketplace listing. Avoid placing sensitive, explicit or prohibited terms in website descriptions, niche fields, titles or seller notes. GuestPost.UK may pause, reject or remove listings that do not meet marketplace requirements.
Keeping Listings Current

Renew and Maintain Active Offers

Marketplace listings should reflect websites that are genuinely available. Use the renewal and management controls in your dashboard to keep active offers current.

01

Review Your Listing

Check the website, price, turnaround time and publication terms before renewing an offer.

02

Update Changes

Make any necessary adjustments if pricing or website availability has changed.

03

Renew the Offer

Use the renewal option to confirm that you still wish to offer the website through the marketplace.

04

Pause If Unavailable

If you cannot currently fulfil placements, pause the listing rather than accepting enquiries you cannot complete.

Seller Help

Common Seller Questions

Quick answers to some of the most common questions about seller accounts, websites and marketplace listings.

Do I need a separate seller account for every website?
No. One seller account can contain multiple website listings. Additional websites should be added from the same seller dashboard.
How many websites can I bulk upload at once?
The bulk upload tool accepts up to 20 websites per upload. If you have more than 20 websites, complete one batch and then upload another CSV file from the same account.
Can I add more than 20 websites to my seller account?
Yes. The 20-site limit applies only to each individual bulk upload, not to the total number of websites you can manage over time.
What happens if my CSV contains a duplicate website?
The bulk upload validation process should identify duplicate rows before submission so they can be reviewed rather than creating unnecessary duplicate offers.
Can I be an owner for one website and a reseller for another?
Yes. Website relationship status is selected separately for every listing, so different websites under the same seller account may have different relationship types.
Can I change my guest post price later?
Yes. Use your seller dashboard to keep prices and other offer details current whenever your publishing terms change.
What should I do if a website is temporarily unavailable?
Pause the offer until placements become available again. This helps prevent buyers from enquiring about opportunities you cannot currently fulfil.
Are all website niches accepted?
No. Websites and listings involving prohibited, unlawful, harmful, explicit or otherwise unsuitable material may be rejected, paused or removed from the marketplace.
