Free Guest Post Publishing Guidelines

FREE PUBLISHING RULES

Follow These Guidelines Before You Submit a Free Guest Post

The GuestPost.UK free publishing network is designed for useful editorial content and one relevant contextual backlink per successful article, subject to editorial approval. These guidelines explain exactly what is accepted, what is restricted, and how to avoid failed submissions.

Before publishing, make sure your article meets the minimum content requirements, uses the correct backlink method, avoids prohibited topics and follows the 24-hour per-publication limit.

Quick Requirements IMPORTANT
โœ“
600+ words Minimum article length
โœ“
1 contextual backlink Added automatically by the system
โœ“
Anchor after halfway Middle or second half of the article
โœ“
No images or HTML links No uploads, scripts or manual hyperlinks
โœ“
24-hour site reset Each publication resets separately
Articles that do not meet these rules may be rejected automatically.
ARTICLE REQUIREMENTS

What Your Guest Post Must Include Before It Can Be Published

Every submission must meet a basic quality standard before it can pass the automated checks. These rules help keep the free publishing network useful, readable and less vulnerable to spam.

01
600+

Minimum 600 Words

Your article must contain at least 600 words of meaningful body content. The title does not count towards the minimum.

Longer articles are welcome when the topic genuinely needs more detail.
02
โœ“

Useful and Readable Content

Write for readers first. The article should explain a topic clearly, provide useful information and use natural paragraphs rather than keyword-heavy or repetitive text.

Thin filler written only to reach the word count may be rejected.
03
A

Original Submission

Do not submit copied, duplicated or previously submitted articles. The platform includes duplicate-content checks to reduce repeated submissions across the network.

Exact duplicates may be blocked automatically.
04
โ‰

No Spun or Repetitive Content

Avoid mechanically rewritten text, repeated sentences, awkward keyword variations and content that appears designed primarily to manipulate search engines.

Natural language and genuine editorial value are expected.
05
#

Choose the Correct Category

Select the category that most closely matches your article. Current categories can include News, Business, Technology, Lifestyle and General.

If no specialist category fits well, choose General.
06
T

Use a Clear Article Title

The title should accurately describe the article and should not use misleading, sensational or spam-style wording purely to attract clicks.

Clear descriptive titles are more likely to pass validation.
QUALITY CHECK

A Good Submission Should Feel Like a Real Editorial Article

The free network is not intended for pages of keyword-stuffed promotional copy. A successful article should be structured, informative and suitable for publication on a general news or editorial website.

โœ“ Natural paragraphs
โœ“ Useful topic coverage
โœ“ Clear title
โœ“ Relevant category
ร— Copied text
ร— Keyword stuffing

Once your article meets these requirements, the next important step is following the contextual backlink rules correctly.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

Topics and Content We Do Not Accept

The free publishing network is intended for general editorial, business, technology, lifestyle and informational content. Certain high-risk, abusive or restricted topics are blocked automatically to protect the quality and safety of the network.

ร—

Gambling and Betting

Content promoting casinos, betting, gambling, jackpots, slots, poker, sportsbooks, wagering or similar services is not accepted.

ร—

Adult and Explicit Content

Pornographic, sexually explicit, adult-service, escort and similar promotional content is prohibited across the free network.

ร—

Drugs and Controlled Substances

Content promoting illegal drugs, controlled substances, recreational drug sales or similar restricted products is not permitted.

ร—

Weapons and Illegal Goods

Promotional content relating to illegal weapons, unlawful goods or prohibited commercial activities may be rejected automatically.

ร—

Fraud, Scams and Deceptive Services

Articles promoting fraudulent schemes, scams, deceptive financial offers, impersonation or misleading commercial activity are not allowed.

ร—

Abusive or Harmful Content

Content that is abusive, threatening, intentionally harmful or clearly designed to exploit the publishing platform may be blocked or removed.

AUTOMATED SCREENING

The System Checks More Than the Article Body

Restricted-topic screening can apply to several parts of a submission, not only the main article text. This helps prevent prohibited content from being hidden in titles, anchors or destination URLs.

โœ“ Article title
โœ“ Article body
โœ“ Anchor text
โœ“ Backlink URL
โœ“ Destination domain
โœ“ Submission patterns
!

Restricted Domains Can Also Be Blocked

A submission may be rejected even if the article itself appears acceptable when the destination website belongs to a restricted niche or has been blocked from the network.

GuestPost.UK may update its restricted-topic and blocked-domain rules over time as new abuse patterns or quality concerns appear.

IMPORTANT

Do Not Try to Work Around the Content Filters

Deliberately misspelling restricted terms, hiding URLs, using alternative characters or creating multiple accounts to bypass platform rules may result in account or IP restrictions.

The prohibited-content system is designed to protect the publishing network, not simply to check a fixed list of visible words.

IMAGES & HTML RULES

No Image Uploads, No Scripts and No Unsafe HTML

To keep the free publishing system fast, secure and easy to manage, user-uploaded images and unsafe code are not permitted. Articles should be submitted as clean editorial content only.

ร—

No Image Uploads

Do not upload featured images, screenshots, graphics or other media with your free submission.

This reduces copyright risk, storage usage and upload abuse.
ร—

No Manual Hyperlinks

Do not add your own clickable links inside the article body. Use the dedicated Backlink URL and Anchor Text fields instead.

GuestPost.UK creates the contextual backlink automatically.
ร—

No Scripts or JavaScript

JavaScript, tracking scripts, executable code and other script-based content are prohibited.

Unsafe code may be stripped or cause the submission to be rejected.
ร—

No Iframes or Embeds

Do not submit iframe code, embedded videos, external widgets or third-party interactive elements.

Keep the submission focused on normal article content.
ร—

No Forms or Interactive Code

Forms, login boxes, payment elements, buttons with scripts and similar interactive code are not accepted.

The free network is for editorial publishing only.
โœ“

Clean Text Content Is Best

Use clear paragraphs, headings where appropriate and normal readable article content without custom code.

Simple, well-structured content is less likely to trigger validation errors.
ACCEPTABLE

Clean Editorial Content

Businesses can improve their online visibility by combining useful content, technical optimisation and a consistent publishing strategy.

A well-structured article should explain the topic clearly and provide information that is useful to the reader.

โœ“ Plain editorial content
NOT ACCEPTABLE

Injected or Embedded Code

<script>...</script>
<iframe src="..."></iframe>
<form>...</form>
<a href="...">manual link</a>
ร— May be blocked or removed

IMAGE POLICY

Why the Free Network Does Not Accept User Images

User image uploads are disabled to reduce potential copyright disputes, unnecessary server storage and the security risks associated with public file uploads.

A participating publisher may publish the article without an image or use its own standard image if that option is introduced in the future.

SECURITY

Unsafe Markup Can Be Sanitised or Rejected Automatically

The publishing system applies automated security checks before content is sent to the selected website. Unsupported or potentially unsafe markup may be removed, and submissions that fail validation may not be published.

โœ“ Clean paragraphs
โœ“ Normal headings

ร— Forms

24-HOUR PUBLISHING RULE

One Successful Post Per Website Every 24 Hours

Each publication in the free network has its own rolling 24-hour limit. Publishing on one website does not block you from using another available publication during the same day.

24h

The Limit Is Per Website

If you successfully publish on 99News.co.uk, only 99News enters cooldown. The other participating sites can remain available.

โ†ป

The Reset Is Rolling

The limit does not reset at midnight. It resets 24 hours after the successful publication time for that specific site.

โœ“

Failed Attempts Do Not Use the Allowance

If a submission fails validation or does not publish successfully, your successful-placement allowance should remain available.

EXAMPLE

How the 24-Hour Reset Works

Suppose you publish successfully on 99News.co.uk at 3:30 PM on Monday.

That publication becomes available to your account again at approximately 3:30 PM on Tuesday.

During that time, you may still use another available publication such as DawnNews.co.uk, HopeNews.co.uk or NationView.co.uk.

AUTOMATIC PUBLISHING & MODERATION

What Happens After You Submit Your Article

The GuestPost.UK free publishing network uses automated validation before sending your article to the selected publication. If the submission passes the checks, it can be published instantly and the live URL is returned to your dashboard.

01

Submission Received

Your article, title, category, backlink URL and anchor text are submitted through the GuestPost.UK publishing dashboard.

02

Automated Validation

The platform checks article length, anchor placement, prohibited content, unsafe HTML, duplicate content, publishing limits and other rules.

03

Article Sent to the Publisher

If all checks pass, the article is securely sent to the selected website without giving you access to that site's WordPress dashboard.

04

Live URL Returned

After successful publication, your GuestPost.UK dashboard displays the live article URL and starts the 24-hour cooldown for that publication.

โœ“

If the Submission Passes

The article can be published automatically and the live page is shown in your placement history.

!

If the Submission Fails

The article is not published. Review the validation message, correct the issue and submit again.

MODERATION RIGHTS

Published Content Can Still Be Reviewed or Removed

Automated publication does not mean that every article is guaranteed to remain live permanently. GuestPost.UK and participating publishers may review or remove content where necessary.

This helps protect the publishing network from abuse, misleading content, prohibited destinations and submissions that later create quality, legal or security concerns.

ร— Violation of publishing rules
ร— Prohibited backlink destination
ร— Misleading or harmful content
ร— Spam or account abuse
ร— Security concerns
ร— Legal or publisher concerns
!

Attempts to Bypass the Rules May Lead to Restrictions

GuestPost.UK may use account, email, IP and submission-pattern signals to identify repeated abuse. Creating multiple accounts to avoid publishing cooldowns, automating submissions or deliberately bypassing content filters may result in access restrictions.

PLACEMENT HISTORY

Keep Track of Your Published Articles

Successful placements are recorded in your GuestPost.UK dashboard so you can return to the live article, check its status and see when the same publication becomes available again.
