How to Add Websites to the GuestPost.UK Marketplace
A complete seller guide to adding websites, creating offers, verifying ownership or reseller relationships, managing listings and responding to guest post enquiries through the GuestPost.UK marketplace.
How the GuestPost.UK Marketplace Works
Sellers can publish one or multiple websites under a single account. Each website can have its own pricing, turnaround time, link type and marketplace offer while remaining connected to the same seller profile.
Create Your Seller Profile
Enter your contact and seller details when submitting your first website. This creates your GuestPost.UK seller account.
Add Your Website
Submit the domain, website category, metrics, guest post price, turnaround time and other offer information.
Verify Your Relationship
Tell us whether you own the website, work directly with the publisher or are submitting it as a reseller.
Manage Your Offers
Use your seller dashboard to update prices, manage listings, respond to enquiries and add more websites.
How to Add Your First Website
Adding your first website creates both the marketplace listing and your seller profile. You only need one seller account, even if you manage multiple websites.
Complete the website submission form
Visit the GuestPost.UK website submission page and enter accurate information about the website you want to list.
Your submission should include enough information for buyers to understand the website, the publishing terms and the price of the guest post opportunity.
- Enter the website domain correctly.
- Select the most relevant niche or website category.
- Provide the website's country and language.
- Add available SEO metrics such as DA, DR and traffic.
- Set your guest post publication price.
- Select the expected turnaround time.
- Choose the appropriate link type.
- Confirm your relationship with the website.
How to Add More Websites to Your Seller Account
You only need one GuestPost.UK seller account. If you own, manage or resell opportunities on multiple websites, you can add them under the same seller profile rather than creating a new account for every domain.
Use the email address associated with your existing GuestPost.UK seller profile.
Your dashboard displays the websites and guest post offers already connected to your seller account.
Use the Add Website option to submit another domain without registering a second seller account.
Complete the website-specific information, including niche, metrics, price, turnaround time and your relationship to that website.
Bulk Upload Multiple Websites
Sellers managing larger publisher lists can use the bulk upload option instead of submitting every website individually. The CSV upload process is designed to make larger submissions faster while keeping marketplace data accurate.
Add up to 20 websites at once
Download the GuestPost.UK CSV template, enter your website and offer information, then upload the completed file through your seller dashboard.

Enter up to 20 websites and complete the required information for each individual marketplace offer.
Upload & Validate
Upload the CSV. GuestPost.UK checks the rows for missing fields, invalid information and duplicate websites.
Review & Confirm
Review the validation results before confirming which valid websites should be submitted.
Review Your Upload Before Submission
Example validation resultYou do not need to enter a seller ID in the CSV. Valid websites submitted through Bulk Upload are automatically connected to the seller account you are currently logged in to. A bulk upload cannot be used to edit another seller's listings.
Tips for a Successful Bulk Submission
Keeping the CSV information complete and accurate helps your websites move through submission and verification without unnecessary delays.
Use Correct Domains
Check every website URL carefully. Avoid duplicate domains and make sure each website is live and accessible.
Enter Real Pricing
Enter the actual price you can fulfil. Buyers should not receive a substantially different price after making an enquiry.
Set Realistic Turnaround
Choose a publication turnaround time that accurately reflects how quickly you or the publisher can complete an order.
Declare Your Relationship
Accurately state whether you own the website, work directly with its publisher or are offering the placement as a reseller.
Verify Your Relationship With Each Website
GuestPost.UK asks sellers to accurately state their relationship with every website they submit. This helps buyers understand who they are dealing with and helps maintain the quality of marketplace listings.
Website Owner
Choose this when you own or directly control the website and can make publishing decisions for it.
Direct Publisher
Choose this when you work directly with the website owner or publisher and can reliably arrange placements without another intermediary.
Reseller
Choose this when you are reselling access to a website through another publisher, supplier or marketplace relationship.
How verification works
Verification may depend on the relationship selected and the information available for the website. Always use genuine and accessible contact details when submitting a listing.
Use accurate seller information
Do not select Website Owner or Direct Publisher simply to make a listing appear more attractive. The relationship selected should accurately represent how you can fulfil a guest post order.
- Use an email address you regularly monitor.
- Submit websites you can genuinely provide access to.
- Keep your pricing and turnaround times current.
- Update your listing if your relationship changes.
- Do not claim ownership of a website you do not control.
Manage Your Website Offers
Your seller dashboard is the main control area for keeping marketplace offers accurate. Update details whenever your price, publication terms or availability changes.
Update Your Price
Keep the advertised guest post price realistic and current so buyers receive consistent information when they make an enquiry.
Change Turnaround Time
Adjust the expected publication time if your normal fulfilment period becomes faster or slower.
Manage Listing Details
Review website information and offer details regularly so buyers are not relying on outdated marketplace data.
Pause or Remove Offers
If a website is temporarily unavailable or you can no longer provide placements, pause or remove the offer rather than leaving an unavailable listing active.
How Seller Enquiries Work
When a buyer is interested in one of your website offers, the enquiry is connected to the relevant listing so you can identify the website and respond appropriately.
Respond with clear, current information
Check which website the buyer is asking about before responding. Confirm any important publication requirements, pricing or content restrictions before an order proceeds.
- Check the website requested by the buyer.
- Confirm whether the listed price is still available.
- Confirm the expected publication turnaround.
- Clarify any website-specific publishing restrictions.
- Respond promptly where possible.
